Maybe due to the response of it's earlier deal
offering
free music downloads, BT have decided to offer up to 40 tracks from iTunes.
New customers who sign to either BT Broadband or BT Yahoo! Broadband before the
23rd of October will get up to 40 free tracks and £15 off an iPod. Users to the
BTBroadband Basic service will receive six tracks while customers signing to
BTYahoo! or the full BT Broadband, will receive the full forty tracks.
If customers decide they need an iPod to listen to the tracks then they can
get a discount of £15 off an iPod 20GB, 60GB or U2 Special Edition version if
purchased from the
BT Shop.
| “The advent of broadband has been critical for the growth in
digital music in the UK and we are pleased we can offer more to
music fans thanks to the iTunes Music Store.” |
| Gavin Patterson, BT group managing director consumer |
As an extra bonus there is also cashback promotion running with £6 credited to the customers account on the first or second bill.
Details of the promotion can be found at
BT.
