Tesco's 'finest'?

ISP's [General]

Tesco have released it's new broadband packages, and to fall in line with most of it's products there are also 'Value' and 'Finest' packages.

The Value connection is just that, it's their cheapest option but compared to other providers it's not even that. You get a blistering 512Kbps connection speed with a 3BG monthly limit and to make it even more of an unrealistic option a 12 month contract is throw in for the 'bargain' price of £13.97 a month.

So the Finest must be a better quality deal? Well, no, not unless you call a 2Mbps connection, 20GB monthly download for £24.97 a good deal, oh an a 12 month contact also.
What you do get is a Free wireless router and internet phone thrown in, but for that price most people would also want half the weekly shop included.
Tesco's problem is that they resell NTL services, so they have to rely on what they provide, and more recently they seem to be concentrating on their cable users.
