ISP Claranet has won the second annual ISPA Charity Cup which took place on 27th
October.
The ISPA Charity Cup is a five-a-side football tournament for members of ISPA
UK with fourteen teams battling it out for the coveted trophy, with all proceeds
going to charity.
Claranet defeated defending champions AOL in a thrilling final. The game was
goalless at fulltime and had to be decided by a penalty shoot out.
The hero of the day was Claranet’s keeper, Jason Keen the Business Operations
Director, who saved four penalties and converted the crucial spot kick to spark
wild celebrations.
| "We came so close last year, reaching the semi finals, so we were
determined to go one better this year. It was a great effort by all the
guys and marks another great achievement in our tenth year as a successful
IT service provider." |
