Leeds-based business ISP 186K, has bought up EFH broadband, for an
undisclosed sum, but customers will be unaffected.
186K is a broadband supplier which has seems to pick up customers when
wholesale provider Netservices falls out with it's resellers (for example
V21,
E7Even and
Fast24),
but say that the EFH brand will now become the main focus of 186K's consumer
operation.
"I believe that our enhanced service offerings, competitive
pricing and stability will give both current and future users good
reliability in a sector that is highly competitive,"
"Overall, EFH provides a flagship vehicle that continues to drive
consolidation within the Internet sector," |
| Dominic Marrocco, owner 186k Limited |
It seems recently there have been a spate of smaller vISPs either going broke
or being sold as they struggle to compete with the reduction in broadband prices
to the customer.
