Suffering from the congested exchange problem ?

By now pretty much all of Pipex and Nildram's 1mb customers are aware of the BT investigation into exchange congestion.
Whilst theoretically limited to small number of subscribers, a meeting today have seen BT release details of 50 exchanges shown to have the congestion issue.
First prize however, goes to Pipex - for putting up a beta system where customers of the ISP can check if their exchange is on the list.
