It looks like PlusNet is well on the way to being sold after BT had all of its conditions satisfied or waived buy the OFT (Office of Fair Trading).

The deal is set to go through as PlusNet have released plans for 2007, which include the takeover by BT. They plan to keep the company as separate as possible in a similar way to Nildrams acquisition by Pipex.
