PlusNet have increased the cost of their 2mb offering as a result of the wholesale price increase as announced earlier in September.
PlusNet's 2mb offering, post price increase, currently stands at £65.99 (£77.54 inc VAT), an increase of £5 (ex VAT).
An insider at PlusNet told UK-Bug, "PlusNet management have often said that all wholesale prices will have to be passed on to our customers - this is the price some ISPs pay for operating on slim margins".
PlusNet were unavailable for official comment on the companies policy of price changes introduced by BTWholesale.
