BTWholesale cancel planned upgrade for some exchanges

Contrary to the recent announcement, BTWholesale have cancelled until further notice the CISCO router IOS upgrades for the following exchanges
Reading2, Ealing2, Kingston2, Ilford,2 Bletchley2 & Birmingham2.
No new date has been set for the planned upgrade.
