ADSL Exchange RFS changes

Good and bad news today for those ADSL wannabe's connected to one of eight exchanges, due to some changes BT have made to RFS dates. Lets start with the good news first, involving those users connected to one of 6 exchanges will will all be enabled at least 1 month earlier than initially scheduled.
