Nominees for Internet Hero, Internet Villain and Online Safety Awards Announced

The nominees for Internet Hero, Internet Villain and Online Safety Awards
have been announced by the Internet Trade Association.
Amongst the many categories there are a few strange surprises, BT is nominated
for both the hero and villain award, and even Ofcom is a hero!!
Also on the hero's list is The Officers of the All Party Internet Group,
David Blunkett and Stephen Timms, one wonders if someone was looking for a
knighthood!!
More popular hero's include Barnardo’s and Children’s Charities Coalition
for Internet Safety (CHIS)
Villains? - BT, The European Union, International Federation of the
Phonographic Industry, Lycos and even Carol Vorderman feature!!
The winners for all categories will be announced during a gala dinner on 24th
February 2005 at the London Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square.
