Good news for broadband users who use an Apple operating system as Zen Internet
is launching a dedicated Apple support team from 1st August.
While most ISP's only offer limited support to Apple, Zen Internet's
dedicated team will offer advice on the set up of internet applications,
hardware, connectivity and wireless set up on Apple Macs.
This will include support for Mac OS X, Panther and Tiger and will
also provide limited support for older versions of the operating system (OS 9
and Jaguar).
"Zen Internet has always been recognised as providing first-rate
technical support for Apple Mac users. According to a keynote
address by Apple's CEO Steve Job at the Worldwide Developers
Conference, the marketplace is now expanding at three times the rate
of the PC market, and so we have decided to offer more dedicated
support,"
"We are constantly looking to improve our existing high standards of
service for business and home-user customers. We want all of our
customers to have access to first-rate technical support, regardless
of the OS they choose to use. Our dedicated Apple Mac Support Team
is now in place to help new and old users of this OS make the most
of their Internet services on this platform." |
