Anticipated downtime

Short notice, but please be aware that short bursts of downtime could be experienced today for the site. This is due to the hosting center upgrading their infrastructure (for those that care, the center is changing their existing iBGP full-mesh configuration to confederation-based configuration).

Any outages should be limited to 5 to 10 minutes.
