Hi all, my broadband speed is now down to 0.12mbps. It has been like this for about 2 months, occasionly it will go up to 3.77. I have spoken to their agents who have checked it all out and they say the problem is down to BT. What I want to know is, because I have just taken out a new contract (because of a wireless router)can I get out of it under the sale of goods act or something similiar?

I'm not sure if you can do that, but at speeds as low as these you can get Madasafish to force BT to do something about it.
But before doing so make sure that there is nothing your end which could cause the problem, maybe try some different hardware, filters etc
