| Okay, I'm nearly getting there. I've almosted figured out the f/wall - I'm learning which ports I may need to be open etc. But, how do I get my script into the box, and how do I get it to run it? I have the default nosec, minsec, maxsec already but how do I get the 5861 to use the one I choose? It says the f/wall is on - but at what level I don't know. Any help please. |

| Thanks for the quick response, but I have no /tools page, only a connect/change login/vpn type. Is there another way ? |

As you have a model with BT firmware, then the only way is using a console cable.
If it is your router you might want to consider unlocking it. |

| Oh dear I shouldn't have done that. Supposedly unlocked, I am now getting a windows "enter network password" dialog for the site 192.168.254.254, realm = administration, user-name and password required and nothing I know is working (3 tries and it bombs to "401 Unauthorized"). Is it broke? |
