Namesco Limited is delighted to announce it's acquisition of NDO Limited - a profitable company focussed on Award Winning ADSL provision.
The NDO.com brand will continue, though the merging of the back-office will deliver significant financial and operational benefits which will translate into improved products and customer service.
The new group brings together two of the UK's major players in both connectivity and hosting provision, the combined knowledge built up by both companies over the past decade establishes a new leading light in the ISP industry strengthening both companies positions and services to offer the widest possible range of solutions for both businesses and consumers with a strong focus on providing the highest level of Customer care.
The most noticeable change will be the improved and expanded range and pricing on ADSL products on the Namesco web sites which will now be provisioned via the specialised NDO Network and the expansion of Domain and Hosting services offered at NDO.com provisioned by Namesco's Multi Award Winning Hosting infrastructure.
Kevin Savage, Chief Executive of Namesco Limited commented "Following our other recent acquisitions, this one stands out, as it gives us a ten fold increase in the number of active ADSL accounts we manage, which we have recognised, for some time, as a growth area with huge potential.
