Talktalk, you know th e problem with talktalk, is the fact they do not care what happens to its customers,we are paying our bills, like the good people we are, so who cares, they are being paid.
Well my wife and i have been with talktalk for the last 10 months, all because of lies by 3 sales people for talktalk.
Ever since we have been with them, we have had nothing but ****, always the same lies, the same excuses, people laughing at us, when we are talking to them on the phone, disconnecting the phone call. and i think you can guese the rest.
I have had my wife run out of our door crying because of the service we have had from them, the last time was on her grandfathers 93rd birthday, she had to phone him, instead of talking to him on msn, as ever since we have been with them, we keep droping connection, every 2-10 minuets.
So When that happend i decided to take action, well the first thing to do, is call ofcom, they will list the problem, then phone OTELO, ombudsman for talktalk, they are in th e most powerful position, and if anyone can do anything about it, OTELO can.
I for my part, am taking it further, i will be going to see my solicitor, as acording to talktalk, things should have been resolved yesterday, the 19th-3rd-2007, but guese what, its still the same.
May i make a sugestion, instead of going alone to solicitors, here is my email, g.jones1965@ntlworld.com , send me your details, so i can put a big case together, for all of us, and speak to my solicitors then, it would be better if everyone was acting together instead of alone, they will then have to listen to us, otherwise woulod they be able to withstand a caurt case against all of us together as one.
