Post subject: Kingston Comminications and modem/routers?

| Up until recently KC did not allow modem/routers for connection. I bought a BT 1250 wireless modem/router but KC don't give tech support. Is there an expert who knows how to connect this modem to my KC broadband. Winxp sp2. I don't want to use KC's speedtouch 330 modem, I want the safety of hardwired firewall and wireless extras of the BT 1250. Running the setup cd cannot get KC to accept the internet request. I know very little of this sort of thing. Many thanks for reading this. |
