Hello,
I cannot connect to the EN5861 via HTTP, telnet.
I have EN5861 P/N - 060-5861-F36. Modem comes
from Britain - could be BT modem.
Modem has IP - 192.168.254.254 but I cannot
connect via telnet and HTTP - it looks like
it doesn't have open these services - it answer
only for ping. I set 192.168.254.1 IP address for a laptop because also DHCP on modem has disabled.
I don't have console cable.
Is it any tricks to connect to this modem without
console cable in this scenario ?

Any helps would be appreciated !
Best Regards,
Marcin

Netboot the router then you should be able to connect to it, then you can remove the BT 'locking'

system snmpport default
system telnetport default
system deltelnetFilter 194.72.0.0 194.72.32.255
system deltelnetFilter 194.74.75.0 194.74.75.255
del autoexec.old
remote del bt
save
sync
reboot

request always boots from flash only. May you tell me if we
can we change the sequence - the first via BOOTP secend from flash ?

Marcin

Try this:
http://forum.lettronics.com/forums/thread/49.aspx

though you will have to download all stuff from this website rather than feldtest

Hi,
thanks for link to the page with information how do it,
but in my opinion there is a mistake :
copy tftp@192.168.254.254:asic.aic asic.aic (only for 5861)
should be :
copy tftp@192.168.254.100:asic.aic asic.aic
Obviously when we have TFTP server on 192.168.254.200 machine.
Am I right ?
Best Regards,
Marcin

Hi,

So, thanks TheBoy and eusty for your help !

Marcin
