Hi,
I've been having a real problem for the last 2 to 3 months trying to access my Paypal account. Sometimes it works okay, but mostly I just get a blank screen while it tries to load http://www.paypalobjects.com.
I have enabled cookies, pop-up windows, java, etc on my browser (Firefox).
I spoke to Paypal phone support in the UK who said it was an 'internet problem' and that Paypal were aware of it and no, they weren't doing anything about it as it was not there problem.
My ISP is BTYahoo! and it appears there is a problem connect to Paypal using BTYahoo!
It is not a browser or operating system issue as I have tried on two different Macs using Firefox, Safari and even IE 5.2, I've also tried on a Windows machine using Firefox and IE6.
I've read elsewhere on this Forum about there being a problem with BT Broadband users and Paypal, something to do with an IP range of 81......
Has this issue reared it's ugly head again? And if Paypal/BTYahoo! won't let me access my money(!) what am I to do?

UPDATE: I was able to use a third-party free dial-up service to access Paypal via my modem!! So there's definitely a problem with BTYahoo! talking to Paypalobjects.com |
