Ofcom question ISPs' actions

For a number of months, problems at Kent based broadband ISP E7even have plagued its door. Now, in eery reminders of other ISPs fates, industry regulator Ofcom have launched an investigation following complaints of subscribers being billed for services they have not received.
Ofcom have been well aware of the problems at E7even for quite some time, and have raised concerns to the ISP in the past. In response, E7even advised that a restructuring of the companies caused previous problems.
Thankfully, investigations by Ofcom are both thorough, but full and should hopefully lead to a satisfactory conclusion - for all concerned. We'll keep our fingers crossed for those out of pocket.
If you have experienced problems we'd love to hear them on our Forum, but you should also consider dropping a line to Ofcom here.
