Not a month after being launched, TalkTalk, offering "free" broadband "forever" from the CarphoneWarehouse is finding itself under investigation from the Advertising Standards Authority.
Complaints have been received by both consumers and rival ISPs (BT to name but one) challenging TalkTalk's "free", "forever" tag lines and also the availability of service.
No word yet from the ASA on the matter, but expect something within the next couple of weeks.
