The Carphone Warehouse has bought another ISP after it's acquisition of AOL
recently.
They have snapped up altoHiway who are based over two sites in Berkshire and
have a 40 strong staff, for an undisclosed sum. The proceeds of the sale will be
divided between it's founder Richard Sharpe and the staff.
AltoHiway were one of the last independent ISP's but will now become part of
Opal Business Solutions, which is a B2B network solutions division of the
Carphone Warehouse group.
