A couple of website which could help you choose you new ISP have been
launched, to join the likes of Uswitch and the The Money Supermarket.
Firsthelpline.com
says customers should treat 'free' broadband offers with extreme caution and is
warning visitors to look below the surface of offers that seem too good to be
true, as generally they are just that. They warn than many people who sign up to
bundled services end up paying for parts of the service which they never use,
also cautioning users to read the small print, paying particular attention to
the length of the contract and hidden charges.
"Bundling has real advantages, for example great value and the
convenience of a single bill," "However, consumers must carefully
examine their options to find the best deal for their broadband
needs."
"Providers need to stop skimming over the facts, and give customers
the transparency they need to make their own mind up about the best
deal for them," |

Another website which tried to help you find the deal is
top10-broadband
who try to make comparing broadband deals as simple and quick for the customer
as possible. The downside to this approach is that the amount of information you
enter onto the website is very limited, so searching for specific deals is
limited.
