after switching to it's broadband service.
If customers are unhappy within 90 days of connection then PlusNet with
refund the entire subscription, customer who wish to contiune with the service
will be provided on a one month subscription basis.
Any existing customer to recommends someone to PlusNet will receive a £25
payment and discounds on their monthly bill.
"We've introduced this simple satisfaction guarantee because we're
proud and confident about our broadband service in comparison with other
products on the market.
We already offer a one-month contract which makes PlusNet a confident
choice for anyone who isn't currently happy with their current provider.
We know customers stay with PlusNet because they are happy, not because
they are tied into long contracts." |
| Neil Armstrong, Products Director PlusNet |
Although there is probably some small print, it does seem like PlusNet
are confident that new customers will stay with the ISP.
