TalkTalk make improvements

TalkTalk's customer service problems seem to be getting better according to
research by Point Topic.
The ISP took a slating when it was the first to introduce āfreeā broadband to
customers taking its Talk3 home phone plan, the problem was that they were
overwhelmed by demand and plagued by
long-running
problems, with many customers waiting weeks to get connected and then
struggling to maintain their connection.
But now it seems that more than 73 per cent of TalkTalkās customers were
planning on retaining their broadband service once their contracts had expired.
Even so the ISP are "still planning further improvements and weāll not rest
until the service is the very best it can be." according to their MD David
Thatcher.
Although this maybe true it could still take some time to repair the
company's image.
