Kingston Communications buy Eclipse Internet.

First came the rumours, now comes the announcement - broadband ISP Eclipse Internet have been bought by Kingston Communications.
There's no much to say about the purchase by the Hull based telco and LLU operator, however, the deal is said to net founder of Eclipse, Mark Lang a very respectable £12m. You can read more in the Press Release here (PDF document).
The UK broadband industry has seen a flurry of acquisitions through 2004 - and no doubt the trend will continue as more and more of the smaller ISPs are snapped up. Question is .. who's the next one going to be ? Answers on a postcard to ....
