Oops! BT forget to charge 100's for broadband

BT are asking around 700 of its customers to stump up for broadband services that the ISP has forgotten to charge them for, and in some cases, for broadband services the customer might not even use!
Interestingly (or worryingly - depending on your view) BT are not sure if the customers its going to be contacting actually have broadband at all. "Customers appear to be using a Business Broadband Connection even though on our records they do not appear to be being billed" goes the memo.
The blunder could be costing the ISP anything from around £20,000 to £70,000 per month, and has been going on for over 6 months.
"We also hope to recover revenue from businesses that have not been paying for their Broadband service" the memo continues. Bills are expected to be landing on door steps in the 2nd week of February.
