UK punters can now place bets on the horses while watching the race live via
broadband.
A deal between Premium TV, the racing channel Racing UK and the Racing Post
will see races such as Cheltenham, The Grand National at Aintree and the Epsom
Derby, brought right to your desktop.
The deal worth £300,000 a year was awarded after Premium TV's successful tender,
and will mean 4,000 live races from 31 courses will be shown each year.
It will be available through a Racing UK and Racing Post co-branded website,
to be launched later this year, Racing UK's will also integrate live footage into
their existing websites.
| “Our partnership with the Racing Post is a powerful combination
of video and data which will allow horseracing punters to study
form, view live races and bet via the internet.” |
| Simon Bazalgette, executive chairman, Racing UK |
Now you can lose even more money!!
