4.1.0.9.F-3.2.1 firmware with stateful firewall

First make sure that you need the firmware upgrade.
Type http://10.0.0.2 in your browser address bar and press enter. Then from the Origo smart setup page click on the advance Link. If the advance Link is not there then type http://10.0.0.2/doc/advance.htm

Customer Software Version: 4.1.0.9.F-3.2.1_021804

If your firmware version is not Firmware Version:CX82xxx_4.1.0.9_S and your Customer Software Version: 4.1.0.9.F-3.2.1_021804-Beast then proceed with the upgrade.

1. Download the firmware First and save it to your desktop. Click Here to download
2. Read our online instruction after the download
3. Unzip the folder to your desktop
4. Reset your router before the firmware upgrade. To reset the router make it is switched on, press and hold the reset switch for 5 seconds, release the reset switch, switch off the router and switch on again.
5. Make sure your router is connected to your computer with the RJ45 Cable. (You can also use USB or wireless connection if you prefer but we do not recommend it)
6. make sure that only our router is connected to your computer and no other router at the same time as this could confuse the software and may lead to failure of the firmware upgrade.
7. Now Locate the file Run in the Unzip Code Folder and double click on it
8. you will now see that the upgrading is taking place please wait.
9. Some time this window may stop its normal so just wait until it disappear
10. After the above black Dos window disappear then restart the router that mean switch off and switch on back.
11. After restart type 10.0.0.2 in your address bar and enter user as admin and password as epicrouter. On the smart setup page you will need to enter your user name and password as provided by your ISP. and click on the save setting bar.
