There are 3 files to install in the following order (correct order is crucial): firmware_1.bin, then firmware_2.bin, then firmware_3.bin -Click System then Upgrade Firmware in the menu on the left. -Click Browse then browse to the firmware_1.bin file. -Click Upgrade. Wait for upgrade to finish, DO NOT CLICK RESTART*. -Click Upgrade Firmware on the left-hand menu, then click Browse then browse to the firmware_2.bin file. -Click Upgrade. Wait for upgrade to finish, DO NOT CLICK RESTART*. -Click Upgrade Firmware on the left-hand menu, then click Browse then browse to the firmware_3.bin file. -Click Upgrade. Wait for upgrade to finish, DO NOT CLICK RESTART*. -Click Reset Router in the menu on the left. Tick Reset to factory default settings. -Click Restart button. You might have to Refresh your browser to view the new Control Panel You will now have to reconfigure your BT Voyager before you can connect to the Internet again.
